Hi Rebecca.
I read about your success in going 100 days without alcohol. I feel I need this as well to sort of reboot myself back to my old ways where alcohol, and cigarettes were a small part of my life. Now I seem to obsess over these daily escapes. I want to quit smoking completely and revert back to my old drinking habits of a weekend, social, moderate drinker. I am not an AA type guy and I don’t think I’m an alcoholic, per se.
What type of coaching do you provide? Your fees? Is this something you do?
The reason Im reaching out to you is because I think a lot of what you wrote about I can relate to. I made it 49, and 65 days in the last 2 years, only to go back to my old ways. This has been going on for about 8 years.

You have been such a positive presence in my life. Thank you for continuing to shine your light. I know you’ve been through the struggle, but you continue to share your story. Because of that, I am always reminded that I can do this too.
